1.1.2 Public Account Information You may voluntarily fill in a personal biography to complete your profile. Not filling in this information will not affect your use of Silky. The works you publish will be publicly displayed on the Home Page.

1.2 AI Hair Generation Services (Core Function)

1.2.1 Service Content We provide services such as AI Hair Generation, Hair Color Try-On, Virtual Hair Fitting, and Facial Feature Analysis based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) model technology. Material Collection: To provide these services, we collect the photos, videos, content, and instructions (e.g., "try short hair," "dyed blonde") that you actively select or upload. Data Processing: We analyze the above information to identify facial contours, hairlines, head shapes, and other features to better generate effects that match your instructions. Model Optimization: Under the premise of strict de-identification and inability to re-identify specific individuals after security encryption processing, we may use the collected data and the corresponding content generated by the model to optimize the model, continuously improving the realism and naturalness of hair generation.

1.2.2 Permission Authorization When using AI hair generation (including but not limited to importing photos, exporting generated content), we will request authorization for Camera, Album, or Storage permissions based on the specific functions you use. If you refuse to authorize the Camera or Album, you will be unable to use the functions of uploading materials or real-time shooting for hair try-ons, but this will not affect your browsing of other Silky content. Face and Head Data Analysis: To realize functions such as "Virtual Hair Try-On" and "Hairstyle Customization," we need to analyze material content containing face and head features. Please rest assured that such material content is used solely for generating hair effects and will not be used for identifying specific individuals, verifying personal identity, or training models for facial recognition purposes.

1.3 Content Browsing and Search While you browse Silky content (such as the hairstyle inspiration library or user works), we will record your usage. Unlogged Users: We record your clicks, browses, downloads, shares, and feedback via device identifier information. Logged-in Users: We record your clicks, browses, downloads, shares, follows, feedback, "use same style," posts, likes, comments, etc., via your Silky account. Search Service: When you search (e.g., for "wavy curls," "bangs"), we collect and analyze your search instructions and log records. Search results are automatically sorted based on relevance. Some search results may be displayed based on your browsing history.

1.4 Information Publishing When you actively upload or publish images or videos (especially your generated hair effect images) on Silky, we will request authorization for Album, Microphone, or Camera permissions. The content you publish will display your nickname, avatar, and other information. To continuously optimize our products, we will conduct statistical analysis based on the duration of your publicly published hairstyle templates/videos and their views, interactions, and usage, and we may publicly display partial statistical data.

1.5 Interaction and Following When you follow or unfollow creators on Silky, or interact with other users (e.g., commenting on hair effects, sharing try-on results), we will record relevant interaction information to maintain service stability.

1.6 Personalized Recommendations To show and recommend hairstyles and inspirations that better match your aesthetic preferences, Silky will use computer algorithm models to automatically calculate and predict your preferences. Collected Fields: Device information, behavioral information (search, click, publish, use, like, follow, browse, download, share, etc.), and personal profile account information. Control Method: You can turn off personalized content recommendations according to Section 3.1.2 of this Privacy Policy. After turning it off, we will only push popular hairstyle content that is not personalized.

1.7 Other Functions

1.7.1 Message Notifications We may send you account updates, new hairstyle releases from creators you follow, recommended content, etc., via contact methods you provided (e.g., phone number, email) or device system notifications. You can turn off notifications in your device settings.

1.8 Operations and Security To maintain the normal and stable operation of the product and protect the safety and legitimate interests of you and other users, when abnormal account behavior occurs (such as unauthorized account access, high-frequency abnormal request testing, bot registration, login from unusual locations, etc.), we will collect necessary device information (hardware model, OS, device identifiers, IP address, network status, sensor data, etc.), installed app lists (for anti-fraud), and service logs. 5.2 Storage Period We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide services: Mobile Phone Number/Email: Retained continuously while the account is bound for service and security purposes. Generated Content and Materials: Retained until you delete them or cancel your account. After Cancellation: Except where required by laws (e.g., three-year retention for transaction records under E-commerce Law) or for audit/dispute resolution, we will delete or anonymize your information.

Minors Clause

Silky is primarily intended for adults, but we attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information.
