Silky is an AI hairstyle preview and virtual try-on service operated by Novra Labs. By accessing or using the website, editor, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must use Silky only in compliance with applicable laws and payment network rules. You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and generation requests you submit.

3. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use Silky to create, request, upload, edit, or distribute content involving any of the following:

Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content
Content involving minors, or content that appears to involve minors
Non-consensual intimate content or exploitation
Deepfakes, impersonation, or face-swaps intended to deceive, harass, or exploit
Illegal, violent, extremist, hateful, or abusive content
Copyright infringement, fraud, or other unlawful activity
Attempts to bypass safety filters, moderation, billing controls, or rate limits

We may block, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

4. Moderation and Safety Controls

All uploaded content and prompts are automatically moderated to prevent prohibited or unsafe generations.

Every user prompt intended for image generation is screened before generation. If a prompt is denied, flagged, or the moderation service is unavailable, generation will be blocked.

5. AI-Generated Output Disclosure

Silky generates AI-assisted previews for hairstyle, haircut, and hair color exploration. Outputs are synthetic and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unrealistic details. They are provided for preview and inspiration purposes only and should not be treated as professional cosmetic, legal, medical, or identity verification advice.

6. User Content

You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any photo, face, or reference image you submit.

Paid features, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs are processed through our merchant-of-record and payment partners, including Creem where applicable. Prices, taxes, billing periods, and renewal details are shown at checkout before purchase.

If a subscription renews automatically, you authorize the displayed renewal charges until cancellation. Access to paid features may be limited if payment fails, is refunded, or is disputed.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy published on this website. Approved refunds may result in credit reversal, subscription changes, or account review where abuse is suspected.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, model consistency, or generation success for every request.
